Are your hotel rates per room or per person?
The rates charged are per room although the cost may differ slightly for single, double and triple occupancy.

Does my room reservation require any guarantee?
All room reservations require a credit card guarantee.

How do I cancel my hotel reservation without a charge?
To cancel your booking without incurring any charge, please contact the Reservations Department by email ( reservations@palmreef.amari.com) at least one day prior to your arrival. You will then be given a cancellation number.

How many people can stay in one room?
Our regular rooms can accommodate a maximum of three people. Please note that the third bed will be a rollaway bed. Our Family Deluxe rooms are designed to accomodate 2 adults and 2 children on separate floors.

Do you offer discounts for a group booking?

Does the internet rate include breakfast?

What are the standard check-in and check out times of the hotel?
The standard check-in time is 14.00 and check out is 12.00 noon.

Is it possible to check-in earlier?
It is sometimes possible to check in earlier, however, this depends on availability and cannot be guaranteed. However, to be sure of having the room ready upon arrival, you can reserve the room from the night before.

Do you provide a service for late-checkout?
It is possible to have a late check-out. Please check with reservations for applicable charges.

Is a baby-sitting service available?
Yes, we have baby-sitting service which available only on request 1 day in advance.

What facilities are available for children?
A special children's menu is available with light dishes, as well as high chairs in all our restaurants. The poolside may be used only under parental supervision.

Where is breakfast served and at what times?
An American breakfast buffet is served the Merante Seaside Dining from 06.30 - 10.30 hrs.

How many bars and restaurants do you have and what are they?
The Merante Seaside Dining serves breakfast and has an all day menu. Bar@C is a great place to relax and watch the world go by as the sun goes down. Refreshing drinks and snacks are served at the pool bar. The coolest Italian restaurant on the island, Prego is the place to enjoy seafood specialties and pizzas fresh from the wood-fired oven.
