We recently did a bday event Amari. The staff were exceptionally supportive and friendly. We had a wonderful experience. The party food was delicious, and everything was well prepared. A special thanks to the chef for the excellent quality and taste of the dishes. We would like to thank two key people here the banquet sales cordinator Sethmini and the banquet manager Sankar for being attention to every detail and arranging everything according to our requirements. Mr. Sankar ensured at the end of party we left with greater satisfaction. All the other supporting staff were also providing outstanding service. We booked rooms at the hotel and the frontline staff were also very attentive with prompt and efficient assistance. We will definitely do many events at Amari. We truly appreciated the effort and hospitality. Thank you for making our event enjoyable!

We recently visited Ahāra Restaurant at Amari Colombo to celebrate our parents’ wedding anniversary, and it was truly a wonderful experience. We had a wonderful stay at Amari Colombo. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and modern, with comfortable rooms, excellent facilities, and a great atmosphere. The food was delicious, and the overall service was very good. A special thank you to Vimukthi from Room Service, who was friendly, professional, and always provided excellent service. He made our stay even more enjoyable with his kindness and attention to detail. The only suggestion I have is that when families book multiple rooms together, it would be helpful if the rooms were assigned on the same floor from the start. Initially, our rooms were on different floors, but after we requested a change, the staff accommodated us the very next day. We really appreciated their quick response and willingness to help. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend Amari Colombo to anyone visiting Sri Lanka. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay memorable!
